Initial Consultation

We offer a consultation, preferably on site, where we establish your requirements. We will discuss budgets, design ideas and take accurate site measurements. Whether your inspiration is from historical reference, a glossy magazine or simply to co-ordinate with your existing soft furnishings, we will work with you to create the perfect carpet or rug for your needs. We should then be able to offer you price indication for the design options chosen.

Design

After discussing your requirements, we recommend the correct manufacturing techniques to bring out the best in a design – so carving, embossing, bevelling and whether the tufts should be in a cut or loop pile construction. Colours are then selected from our in-house palette or can be specially dyed to a bespoke shade. Technical and aesthetic details are also considered, such as texture and yarn combinations appropriate to the amount of traffic the carpet or rug will endure.

Artwork & Samples

Our design teams will produce full colour artworks which will be presented for your approval. Any changes may be requested and implemented at this stage. Hand samples can be ordered if required showing the design, colour and quality of the final piece.

Supply & Fitting

Once the artwork, colours and sample are approved we will request a deposit payment for the completed carpet or rug. The carpet will then be manufactured and shipped to an agreed schedule. We will require the final payment 7 days prior to delivery, which we are delighted to install if required.
