Robert Welch Designs has been established since the 1950s as a family-run business. Today, under the direction of Rupert and Alice Welch (son and daughter of Robert), a talented team of in-house designers continues to pursue design excellence.

Robert Welch products are truly unique. All items are designed in-house at our studio in the beautiful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden in the UK and manufactured to the highest standards.

The Robert Welch Designs cutlery collection is widely recognized as one of the finest in the world with the key attributes of fine design, balance, weight, function and durability. The range includes original designs by Robert Welch together with contemporary designs from the in-house design team. The cutlery can be found in some of the best hotels and restaurants throughout the world and there is something for every dining occasion – formal or informal. Most patterns feature fish eaters, ladles, salad servers and a full range of other serveware. We can provide a tailor-made personal service and complete flexibility. In addition to cutlery, the full product range includes cookware, kitchen accessories (including our multi-award winning Signature kitchen knife and utensil ranges), lighting, glassware and a selection of unusual candlesticks that will provide a stunning centerpiece to any table.
